Show Notes

This message explores the active and practical nature of faith, urging believers to move beyond feelings and circumstances and stand firmly on God’s Word. Faith is described as both a belief and a confession, a force that speaks, acts, and expects results. Through biblical foundations and real-world examples, the sermon calls listeners to fully trust in God’s promises—regardless of what is seen or felt—and to stay grounded in spiritual truth. Faith that endures is faith that speaks life, resists discouragement, and boldly declares the goodness of God in every season.

[00:00:00] Welcome to the World Changers Church Gold Coast Podcast. Join us as we listen to today's message. All right, how are y' all doing this morning? [00:00:09] Amen. You know, you can always tell when your glasses are dirty when you get up in front of some bright lights. And I don't need anybody to grab me any clean. Don't move, guys. Because I go out to look at you guys, and I can't see you. It's just fog. But because my glasses aren't clean, so forgive me. It's a glory cloud. [00:00:29] So forgive me if I take a moment to clean my glasses so I can see you. [00:00:34] Now. We are in part three of our faith series, and we're gonna be wrapping it up this week, and we have Kenny ministering for us next week. Amen. [00:00:49] I think it's your first time speaking at World Changers. Yeah. So praise the Lord. He's spoken our huddles, but he's gonna get up on a Sunday. We're gonna see what God does through him. We have no expectations other than to see God do great things and preach an amazing word and make us fulfilled as we leave out here today. [00:01:07] Amen. [00:01:08] But the first week we preached in this series, it was God knows God can trust anyway. There's a faith that Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego exemplified when they went through trials in their life. They went through a moment in their life where believing was a necessity instead of an option. And how they had to walk into the fire and they had to answer King Nebuchadnezzar with when he said, where is your God? They had to answer and say, well, where is he to deliver you? And they had to answer and say, well, God can. [00:01:44] And you're going to face situations in your life where it doesn't look like deliverance is present, but salvation is always present. And that's the faith we need to walk in. [00:01:54] Because grace has supplied and faith has received. [00:01:58] Amen. [00:02:00] And the grace that God gave us, the favor that he gave us that was unearned and merited, has given us a bold faith. As we talked about last week, about faith, not faith with works. [00:02:13] Faith that works. And we talked about the word of faith. That is not a denomination or a theology, but it is the word of faith in us, the faith of God that we have faith in God. That faith that was given to us, that we now walk in. Amen. This morning, we're going to talk about that faith. [00:02:35] Amen. [00:02:37] Amen is kind of a byword, but it means, so be it. We're gonna talk about mountain moving faith. [00:02:44] And you've heard it a hundred times in church. If you've been in here long enough, you've heard mountain moving faith. You speak this mountain. But I hope to give a fresh perspective. Cause I believe that I'm called. Amen. I believe that I didn't just sit last month preparing this message and this week preparing this message just to make you feel good or to make a declaration. I believe I'm called to be the pastor of this church. And I believe I have a word for you today. [00:03:07] Amen. [00:03:09] Hallelujah. [00:03:11] And I believe in this faith series, in this mountain moving faith that we're going to talk about today, that we have a vision that's bold. [00:03:20] We have a faith that believes. [00:03:23] I talked about in the last two messages, that belief or for them that believe or them that believe, that sounded country. [00:03:32] For them that believe. [00:03:34] Right. [00:03:35] All things are possible. That means there's potential. But that word belief means I have a shared experience and have seen it done before or I've heard of it being done. Therefore, I put my faith, my trust, my reliance in it. [00:03:52] So for them that believe, they are saying, I trust that God has done it before, and I trust that God will do it again. For them that believe and have faith, they're saying, I have experience that God has done it before, and I will experience that God has done it, will do it again. [00:04:10] See, when we have that type of bold faith, we don't come in like bulldogs and telling everybody our woes and how the devil's been on our back all week. We come in with an authority that is filled with joy. [00:04:24] Amen. [00:04:26] All right. I can tell y' all are listening or you're comfortable. [00:04:31] So we have a faith that doesn't flinch. [00:04:36] Amen. [00:04:38] Now, I'm a former fighter, a former gang member, a former drug dealer, and one of the things I learned early on about the street is when someone is barking in your face, when they jump at you, you don't flinch. [00:04:53] Because that's a sign of fear. And it's actually a sign of permission that I feel that you have more power over me. [00:05:00] That makes sense. [00:05:01] We have a faith that doesn't flinch when the enemy presents obstacles. [00:05:06] Because I do not fear what he will provide, because I know that God has provided greater through Jesus and through grace. [00:05:15] Amen. So therefore, if life hits me with a diagnosis, I don't flinch. [00:05:20] If my bank account is zero, I don't flinch. If the contract isn't signed yet, I don't flinch. If someone's talking bad about me, I don't flinch. [00:05:30] If things don't look the way they should, I don't flinch. But I'm not afraid to speak as they should be. [00:05:37] Amen. That's faith. [00:05:43] So faith is more than just thinking or saying or corporately believing. Faith is believing God will do what he said. [00:06:02] Does that make sense? [00:06:04] So I ask people all the time when they start out on a journey, and they start out by saying, God said this. [00:06:13] And it's real easy at the beginning, right? [00:06:15] God said this about my life. And they start going on that journey, they see the end because faith was speaking in the beginning. And they see the vision, what God said. [00:06:25] But they start getting in the middle, and faith begins to give way to sight, and faith begins to give way to opinion, and faith begins to give way to circumstance. And they go. And they go, am I supposed to be doing this? [00:06:42] And I say, what did God say before you started your journey? To where God said go and what God said do. If God said it here, just because it doesn't feel good in the middle doesn't mean he won't bring you to the end of it. As long as you believe in what he said, does that make sense? [00:07:05] Well, I see a lot of people and they, you need more faith. That's the most stupidest thing I've ever heard of in my life. How could you get more faith, really? [00:07:18] You have a God that was born of a virgin, died on a cross, and rose again, resurrected, went to heaven, and left you with a third part of himself. And you believe in that already. [00:07:32] And you need faith for a sniffle, you need faith for $50, you need faith for a bill to be paid. [00:07:42] But you got faith in a man born of a virgin, died and rose again, ascended into heaven, and put a third part of himself in you. And you need faith for your little problem. [00:07:52] Come on, somebody, you already got enough faith. You just need to apply the faith you have to the little problem you have right now. [00:08:02] Amen. [00:08:03] Come on, somebody tap your neighbor and say, that's good. [00:08:07] Amen. [00:08:09] Faith is trusting in God's character and relying on his word and stepping into situations where only he can make a difference. See, the thing is, the representatives of God have created a faith that's not true. [00:08:28] They've created a religion that makes God flawed, as if he changes his mind. [00:08:34] You know, well, God, God said it here, but along the way he changed it. [00:08:39] God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. What he said is going to come to pass whether you Decide to quit and not fulfill it is on you. But God will fulfill what he said, even if it's through somebody else. [00:08:50] You just got to decide. Are you going to keep believing? [00:08:54] Amen. [00:08:56] That's the only thing that's subject to free will is if you decide not to believe. [00:09:01] If you decide to step back and say, I don't know if God's put his favor on that. He sent his son to die to put his favor on that. [00:09:08] Amen. He didn't change his mind. [00:09:11] Come on, somebody. [00:09:13] Amen. [00:09:14] Well, it looks too expensive. [00:09:17] Did you expect it to be easy? [00:09:24] Did you expect somebody to feel sorry for you? [00:09:27] I'm getting a little critical right now. [00:09:29] But it's the truth. [00:09:31] Faith that is applied to hard circumstances required someone that believes, or you will turn around and start over. [00:09:42] That's where the grace of God comes in. Because it is the future. [00:09:46] It is the rejoicing we need to continue in faith. [00:09:50] Why do you think it says rejoice? [00:09:53] Because we have to rejoice. We have to stir up our faith, fan the flame on the inside of us and believe. And believe in the grace that God has supplied. Amen. [00:10:04] Hallelujah. [00:10:07] So relying on his word to stepping in. So let's look at Hebrews 11:1. It's a very common scripture in new King James Version. Now, faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. [00:10:19] Now, faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. [00:10:28] When you started back here on a business journey, in a relationship, whatever it may be, you had faith that was a substance for that thing hoped for, the thing you're declaring. [00:10:43] And when you received in that moment, you had the evidence that God would bring it to pass because of grace. [00:10:51] That means if this was a courtroom, you had substantial evidence for the verdict of how the outcome would be. [00:11:01] Amen. You have faith, you have grace, and you have God's word only. The only thing you have to do between here and there is believe. [00:11:10] That's it. It is that simple. But along the way, opinions along the way, gossip along the way, people tell you that's not good for you, it's not working out, you need to stop and turn around. Isn't that what they said to Job, it's your sin? [00:11:29] Isn't what they said? Isn't that what they said to Moses, we were better off in Egypt? [00:11:34] Isn't that what they said to Nehemiah? Isn't that what they said to every man and woman in the Bible? Didn't everybody tell David, what you doing? [00:11:43] Didn't they say it to everybody in the Bible, turn around and give up? Didn't Gideon himself have to get before God when it got down to 300? Say, what you doing? [00:11:56] Come on. Every man and woman in the Bible, including Ruth and Naomi, had to sit on the outskirts of a field and collect handfuls of food, saying, God provided. [00:12:08] It's not always going to be amazing, but he is always amazing. [00:12:18] And he will bring you through this moment that you're in this valley or this mountain. He will bring you through by faith, through grace. [00:12:29] Amen. By grace, through faith. I'm sorry, I got that backwards. Pew. [00:12:33] Amen. I got a little excited. [00:12:35] So Jesus never portrayed faith as weak or unsure. [00:12:44] He described it as decisive, powerful and vocal. [00:12:52] Say to this mountain isn't just a metaphor, but of wishful thinking. It's a command to confront impossible situations with supernatural confidence. [00:13:04] I'm going to say that again. [00:13:06] Say that this mountain is not just a metaphor. It's not just, oh, I got a mountain, and I say, be removed. I say to this storm, peace, be still. No, no, no. It's saying something with supernatural confidence, knowing that God is the authority that you speak with. [00:13:26] Amen. [00:13:28] Come on, somebody. [00:13:30] Jesus never spoke a weak or unsure faith. So let's look here is what I'm saying is in Mark 1122, I tell you. Then Jesus said to the disciples, have faith in God. [00:13:45] I tell you the truth. You can say to this mountain, may you be lifted up and thrown into the sea. And it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen. And have no doubt in your heart. I tell you, you can pray for anything. And if you believe it, you've received it, it will be yours. Back up to 23. If you believe it, you've received it, it will be yours. Here's the key. You don't need faith. You don't need more faith. What I mean, you need to really believe. [00:14:17] You don't need Christian cliches, bumper stickers and T shirts. You don't need a group of people in Survivor island, everybody agreeing with you. No, no, no. What you need is to really believe. [00:14:28] I mean, really believe. [00:14:31] You believe God's gonna do it? Yes, I do. But if I was to ask you right now, the thing you're believing for, it might just be somewhere down there in a little corner of your heart. I just don't know. [00:14:46] That's the thing you got to deal with. [00:14:49] That's the thing that's holding you back. [00:14:52] That's the thing that you Got to get out of your heart. Because that is the thing. [00:14:57] It's not stopping the promises of God. It's hindering you from really believing. [00:15:06] That little teeny tiny space, a little bitty spot that takes a magnifying glass. If it takes a mustard seed of faith, all it takes is a mustard seed of doubt. [00:15:25] That was good. I'm gonna just look funny to you. I don't really care. I was happy. So what we need is I tell you, if you pray for anything without doubt in your heart, and if you believe it that you received it, it shall be yours. We need confident faith. [00:15:45] Do you believe that he did it through Jesus on the cross? [00:15:49] Do you believe that he did it through Jesus? Do you believe that you have unearned, unmerited favor? [00:15:54] Do you believe that you have all the promises of the Bible? Do you really believe? [00:16:01] Because the devil will question that he will attack that confident faith. [00:16:08] He will come at those small spaces. Cause the Bible says it's the small foxes that spoil the vine. It's not the big battles that kill you. It's the little things. [00:16:19] It's the things you left undealt with. It's the things you push down. It's the things you never heal from. It's the trauma you never get counsel from. It's the lies you keep believing. It's the hurt you keep carrying and harboring in your heart. It's all those little things that are allowing those big trials to have such big impact. [00:16:41] Let God in and redeem through grace those places in you. [00:16:48] Amen. Does this make sense? [00:16:50] You want to be happy? [00:16:52] I mean really happy. [00:16:55] I mean really, really joyful. [00:16:58] I mean gut belly laughing. [00:17:00] You wanna be able to smile in front of a group of people. When you ain't feeling like smiling, you need to believe. [00:17:08] Amen. [00:17:09] Confident faith does not hesitate. [00:17:12] It doesn't wait until the odds are favorable. [00:17:16] It moves when God speaks. Even when everything says it's impossible. [00:17:21] I remember when people tell me when I used to be a fighter, they'd be like, how you gonna beat that guy? He's bigger than you. He's better than you. And I'm like, there's a thing you don't know. [00:17:29] I got a fight in me that others don't have. [00:17:32] I got a willing to die fight. That joker don't. He may be better than me, but he ain't willing to die to beat me. [00:17:39] And if I keep coming, he'll give up. [00:17:42] Let me tell you something. When you get a bulldog faith and you just bite down on what you believe in, the devil will run. [00:17:49] Amen. [00:17:51] And the Bible says if you draw close unto God. Where's Terry at? Where's he at? If you draw close unto God, God will draw close unto you and the devil will flee. But let me tell you something. [00:18:02] The only reason God has to draw close to you is because somewhere in the middle you decided. I don't know if I believe. That God's never left you, Grace. [00:18:16] That he has supplied. He will never leave you or forsake you until the ends of the earth. [00:18:20] He has never left you. [00:18:22] Amen. He's always by your side. So rejoice when it looks hard. Guess what? I got a bigger fighter than me. Rejoice when it's getting tough. Rejoice when it doesn't feel good. Rejoice. [00:18:39] Why? Because if God before us. [00:18:42] Do you really believe that? [00:18:45] Amen. [00:18:46] Rejoice. [00:18:48] You're fighting a battle right now. Maybe you're not, but you're fighting a battle right now. It takes some rejoicing. [00:18:53] Hebrews 11, 6 says, without faith it is impossible to please him. For he who comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of those that diligently seek him. [00:19:05] James 1:5 7 says, Ask in faith with no doubting. [00:19:11] The one who doubts is like a wave, unstable in all of his ways. Double minded. Luke 5 and 20 when he saw their faith. [00:19:19] Come on, Christine, where you at? [00:19:25] Yeah, she said to me this morning, we were talking about the message and she said something so powerful. She said, now it's kind of like faith is kind of like. And grace, it's kind of like having a wardrobe of clothes right now. You don't just walk in the wardrobe and they jump on you. [00:19:41] You gotta pick them out. Put em on faith and grace. Gotta work together. [00:19:46] Amen. You have access, you gotta put it on. That's why it says, put on the garment of praise. That's why it says you need to rejoice. That is an action you got to take. Everybody just expect God to open up the top, pour it in. He has given his son. [00:20:03] You just gotta believe. [00:20:05] That's all you gotta do. Is this simple enough? Is this good? If it's good, high five your neighbor and say, I'm getting something today. [00:20:14] Amen. Only four or five high fives. So we'll keep working on it, people. [00:20:18] So Acts 3:16 says, by faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and now was made strong by faith in who? [00:20:27] And on the basis of faith in his name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man whom you see and now. And the faith which comes through him, capital H, has given him this perfect health. In the presence of you all. Can I tell you something? [00:20:45] Did it say, and the faith which came by his believing? [00:20:51] No. It said through faith in him, by the faith which comes through him, the name of Jesus, this man was made perfect. You just got to have faith and believe in what Jesus has already done and put that into action and declaration. [00:21:09] Amen. [00:21:10] Is that good? [00:21:12] Amen. [00:21:14] I keep coming down off this stage like I'm going to talk down there for a while, but the thing is, bold faith speaks what God says. [00:21:24] This bold faith, this confident faith, speaks even when it hasn't happened yet. This man that you now see is standing because of the name of Jesus. This man that you now see is standing because of the working of Jesus. [00:21:40] This man, through the faith in him, these works have happened. See, you're trying to make a miracle happen when the miracle is already in you. [00:21:51] Amen. I'm going to say that again. You're trying to make a miracle happen. You're trying to sacrifice, you're trying to incense it, you're trying to intercede it, you're trying to walk around it seven times, you're trying to hamashama a hundred times. But the miracle is already in you because of Jesus. You just have to release that miracle with your words of faith in grace. Amen. [00:22:22] It doesn't wait for the circumstances to change to believe. It believes even if the circumstances follow. [00:22:31] Amen. [00:22:35] Do you know that faith is a partner to grace? [00:22:43] I'll let that sink in for a second. [00:22:45] Faith is a partner to grace. It means I agree with. [00:22:50] See, when I become a partner in a business, that means I'm taking the mission statement and the scope of that business, and I'm saying I agree with this. Therefore, I'm going to partner with it, and I'm gonna take action in that partnership. [00:23:04] And my role and responsibility will be determined by my role and responsibility in that business. My role and responsibility in the kingdom of heaven is to be a ambassador of Christ, declaring with authority what he has said. [00:23:18] Amen. [00:23:19] I'm in partnership with heaven. Faith is not just a spiritual lottery ticket. It's how we align with God's will and bring his promises into our present reality. See? [00:23:32] Oh, that was loud. Faith. [00:23:35] Faith reaches out into the unseen, brings it into reality. It says, I have it because God has provided it. [00:23:46] See, without faith, you can't touch the unseen. [00:23:50] But with faith, I can See, all that grace has provided to me, and I grab ahold of it by faith. [00:23:56] Amen. [00:23:58] So what are you believing for this morning? [00:24:00] A new kidney? New lungs? [00:24:03] New knee? New back money in the bank account. [00:24:06] Contract signed, grab ahold of it. [00:24:10] You can take all the ritualistic actions in the world, but without faith, they won't work. And faith. Watch. This is grounded in love. [00:24:23] Faith is grounded in. I know that he loves me, and I know that I love Him. And because of that relationship, I know he will provide. [00:24:32] Amen. [00:24:39] Matthew 6:10. Your kingdom come, your will be done, as earth that it is in heaven. That's some confident faith. [00:24:48] That's some relational faith. Every time I read that, there's a tone that comes on me. [00:24:55] Listen. [00:24:57] Your kingdom come, your will be done, as earth as it is in heaven. There's authority behind those words, because I believe. Romans 10:17. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. [00:25:13] I believe that I've heard you truly, God. And therefore I receive, I believe, and I shall have it first. John 5, 14:15. If we ask anything according to his will, that means don't ask for somebody else's wife. [00:25:30] That means don't ask for that Corvette, because God knows you're going to get too many speeding tickets. [00:25:35] If we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. [00:25:42] And if we know that he hears us, and whatsoever we ask, we know that we have that requested thing which we have asked from Him. [00:25:52] I'm gonna back up and read that again. Y' all need to. [00:25:55] Can y' all read this with me? You ready? [00:25:58] Who's gonna y'. All. Someone keep a pace. This is the confidence which we have before him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us. And so whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him. [00:26:16] Do you believe it? [00:26:19] Amen. [00:26:20] That's partnership. [00:26:23] The centurion that came to Jesus and said, one of my servants has fallen ill had that faith right there. [00:26:32] You don't have to come to my house. I know that if you speak it, it shall be done. [00:26:38] And I'm going to partner with that. [00:26:40] That's what we have. [00:26:42] Amen. That's what we have. That is the authority we have. That is the favor we have. Matthew 9:29. According to your faith, let it be done. Now, I used to have a different opinion about this. Based on the word of faith and based on how I was brought up in faith and Pentecostal holiness and all that jazz, it shall be done according to your faith. [00:27:11] Can I read it to you? The way it's written, how it's interpreted, it shall be done to the level of your trust. [00:27:20] Someone comes to me and says, can I borrow some money? Yeah, how much you need? [00:27:26] $5. [00:27:28] I got 200 in my pocket. Don't y' all come ask me for no money now. [00:27:34] Jewish. This is just an example. [00:27:38] Amen. Shalom. So if you come to me only trusting that I'm going to give you $5, that's what you're going to ask for. [00:27:47] But if you come to me believing and boldly believe, it says, enter into his throne room boldly asking what you need, and he shall supply it to you. Enter into his throne room boldly, and he shall supply mercy. If you come to me and ask for $5, that's what you're going to get. [00:28:04] Now, if you believe that I'm going to give you $1,000, come boldly ask because you trust that I will. If we trust that God will give us exceedingly more and above what we can ask or think, then we need to operate in faith in our asking of God, our declarations in God, knowing that his grace shall supply all of our needs according to his riches and glory, not our measure of thinking that he will supply us strength not to our level of strength, but to his strength. [00:28:33] So it shall be done to you by the level of your trust in Him. [00:28:39] Is that hitting anybody? [00:28:41] Is that hitting anybody? [00:28:44] So if your mouth is speaking differently than your faith, you're going to receive what your mouth says. [00:28:51] Amen. [00:28:53] So rejoice. Joy will ask for anything. [00:28:56] Amen. Isn't it you that told me that the way we do this, the way we operate in faith, is with joy? [00:29:01] Joy will ask for anything. When you're happy, you're not afraid, believe God will and that he can trust anyway. Let that faith work in you so you can have confident faith in Him. [00:29:13] Amen. [00:29:17] Did we do John 14:12? [00:29:21] Yeah. Yeah. Truly, truly. I say to you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also. And greater works than these shall we do? What shall we. [00:29:31] Woman? [00:29:32] Can I walk on water? [00:29:34] Can I raise the dead? Well, I've been raised from the dead. And I've raised three people from the dead. So I guess we can. [00:29:40] For them that believe in me and the works that I do, he will do also. And greater works shall he do in these will do because I go to the Father, whatsoever you ask in my name that will I do so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it. [00:29:57] That's. [00:29:59] But you can't have that little spot that reality and logic speaks to. See, that's where the devil lives. He speaks in the place of Willy. Willy, you understand? [00:30:12] The devil speaks to the place of Will he really. [00:30:16] Will he really. [00:30:19] Will God really do it? [00:30:22] Will he really do that for you? [00:30:25] He speaks to that little place of doubt. I know y' all laughing because it's funny, but it's how it's said. I know, I know, I know. But I'm gonna keep going with it, all right? [00:30:35] Say if he was giggling folk over there, will he really. [00:30:39] But that little. [00:30:40] That little place in your heart, that little place in your heart is where the devil speaks. [00:30:47] That little place of doubt is where the devil will scream and be louder than any storm. You got to deal with that unbelief. That's why the disciples said, help us with our unbelief. [00:31:00] They knew that there was things that their logic couldn't overcome and they just needed to give in to the supernatural. [00:31:08] They needed to give in to an all working, all powerful, almighty, all present. God never forsaking, never leaving, never quitting, never stopping. God always fulfilling, never lying. God always wanting good. God always giving great God and getting in that expectation of good from God. That's faith and that's rejoicing. [00:31:37] Y' all can clap if you want to. It's alright, go ahead, just give the Lord a hand clap of praise. [00:31:47] Why? I've asked God before, he didn't do it. [00:31:51] What do I do with that? [00:31:54] Listen, I'm not going to speak to that space too much other than what God did with me in that area. [00:32:00] I lived with heart trouble for I don't know how many years. [00:32:04] And its little snake head keeps trying to pop up and they keep trying to tell me they're gonna put a pacemaker in. And I keep telling them that's not God's best for me because I believe. I ask in God's name and I would rather meet Jesus in glory than have a pacemaker put in. [00:32:19] And every time they try and put in, I stand in faith. [00:32:22] Every time they try and tell me that I got this and that, I stand in faith. Now, I'm not denying the natural, I'm not being stupid. [00:32:30] They tell me to take medicine, to change my diet. I'm gonna do what they say for a moment, but I'm gonna let God work. [00:32:37] And I realized that if I'm in Need of a miracle. It's because I didn't steward my healing. [00:32:42] And I just took everything for granted. [00:32:45] I ate chips and peanut butter sandwiches instead of greens and steak and potatoes. [00:32:51] Then I ate processed food and stopped at McDonald's way too much. And I let all that stuff get in my system and affect my body and affect God's design. [00:33:00] So the reason I would be in a miracle is not because God allowed it to happen. It's because I wasn't a steward. [00:33:08] I have faith. And so when every time they try and tell me something wrong, I say, oh, I need to get back to stewarding this body. [00:33:16] And every time I go back to stewarding this body, everything turns out all right. [00:33:22] Don't have a pacemaker. [00:33:24] Don't have diabetes. [00:33:27] I don't have sinus node arrhythmia anymore. [00:33:29] I don't have sleep apnea anymore. I sleep like a baby. I sleep like a fat baby, actually. [00:33:35] Fat baby on a full tummy. [00:33:38] Just been burped. Feeling good. [00:33:40] Can't wake me up if there's a windstorm. Feeling good. I sleep good. Because I have faith. I go to sleep in God's mercy and wake up in his forgiveness. [00:33:48] Amen. [00:33:49] Because I have faith in God. [00:33:52] And I know if something happens to me in my sleep, why be afraid? I'm gonna wake up in glory. [00:33:56] Somebody pulls a gun on me, help me out. I'm ready to meet Jesus. Come on. [00:34:01] I got faith. Come on, guys. Do we really believe this? [00:34:06] Do we have confident? Faith in the grace that God has supplied? Faith isn't just getting our way. [00:34:11] Faith is agreeing with heaven. [00:34:14] Miracles happen. [00:34:16] Wow. I'm actually hitting time today. Miracles happen. When we step into what God has already done, we're not just asking God to move. We're giving him something to work with. [00:34:27] Amen. [00:34:29] God supplies the power. [00:34:31] Our faith releases it. [00:34:33] It's like cooking in the kitchen. It's just like if the ingredients are in the fridge, all you gotta do is cook, and then you just gotta follow the instructions. I mean, the other day, Eli's in the kitchen fixing a creme brulee. I'm like, well, you go ahead. Cuckoo. Kachoo, you got one for me? No, I'm just cooking one for myself. You selfish. [00:34:54] Last night, I'm glad Caitlin was over. He started cooking himself his own little cake. She said, were you cooking one for me? Joker ended up cooking one for everybody. [00:35:01] Praise the Lord. See what a little bit of extra sauce will do. But when I went in there and watched him, I saw that he's not doing it because he's a great cook. I saw him because the ingredients are there, and I saw him because he is following the instructions. [00:35:14] And the more he does it that way, the better it gets. [00:35:20] We have. [00:35:23] It's pink and bright. [00:35:25] We have the instructions and the ingredients. [00:35:29] All we gotta do is cook. [00:35:31] I just sounded modern. Let him cook. [00:35:34] Amen. That's all we gotta do. We have the instructions, we have the ingredients. All we gotta do is cook. [00:35:42] And you know the way you mess up a good cake? You keep opening up the oven and it'll fall. [00:35:47] You keep going back to it and checking to see if it's gonna work and it'll flop. But the more you trust the process, the more you just let it cook, the more you just let the timer ding and then let it cool. [00:36:01] It'll work, but the more you keep going back to it, opening and changing the temperature, that cake will fall every time. [00:36:10] Let it cook. [00:36:11] Faith trusts the process, the process of grace, the rhythm of grace. [00:36:20] Faith trusts the process of grace. [00:36:27] Let grace be fully alive in you, fully trusting in him so that you may have Faith. [00:36:37] Because Matthew 17:20 says, if you have the faith as small as a mustard seed, nothing is impossible. [00:36:45] Luke 18:1 8 says, will not God bring about justice for his elect who cry to him day and night? [00:36:54] Hebrews 11:13 says, Then all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them from afar off. See, we got a microwave faith, we got a McDonald's faith. Go through the drive through, get it in 30 seconds. I'm gonna tell you that stuff ain't good for you. But sometimes what you're believing for is for the next generation. [00:37:19] Sometimes what you are building is a legacy of faith, and you can see it from afar off. Even if you go to heaven before it manifests. [00:37:28] Sometimes what you're doing is not for you. It's for the people behind you. It's for the people, and you've received it from the people in front of you. [00:37:35] Amen. [00:37:36] I don't know if I like that. Then you're selfish. [00:37:40] Not everything's for you when it comes to this faith, it's for us. We're the body. [00:37:46] Neatly, jointly fit together for a purpose. Galatians 6:9. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in its proper time you will reap the harvest if we do not give up. Isaiah 40:31. But for those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. [00:38:02] Faith holds even when the results are delayed. [00:38:07] Amen. [00:38:10] Your prayers are working even when you don't see it immediately. Keep believing. [00:38:14] Real faith isn't just shouting on Sunday. [00:38:17] Watch this. It's easy to shout on Sunday. [00:38:21] Get a little unh in your step dance like Jeremy did. It's easy to do that on Sunday, but you got to stand on Monday. That's what faith. [00:38:28] When there ain't nobody around to encourage you, when there ain't no music and lights, when there's no guitar in the background, when there's nobody praying for you, when it's just you and the kitchen and your dishwasher and your cat that you don't like anyway, you gotta stand on Monday. [00:38:47] Amen. [00:38:48] When ain't nobody to clap for you. When ain't nobody to shout for you. When there's no crowd to make you believe, when it's just you and God. You gotta stand on Monday when you're standing in the shower crying because you're still believing, but you're saying, God, when you gotta stand on Monday, when you're praying in your bed, trying to go to sleep because of all your problems, you gotta stand on Monday. When all hell's breaking loose in your life, you gotta stand on Monday. When all your friends are turning against you, you gotta stand on Monday. When everything ain't looking good, you gotta stand. And when you've done all else stand, the more. That's what grace supplies is the strength to stand and not grow weary. [00:39:28] Be still and know that he is God. [00:39:32] Amen. [00:39:37] Job 22:28. You will also declare a thing, and it will be established in you. Proverbs 18:21. Life and death are in the power of the tongue. 2nd Corinthians 4:13. Since we have the same spirit of faith, we believe, therefore we speak. [00:39:53] Come on, somebody. [00:39:56] This is rejoice type of preaching. Amen. [00:39:59] This ain't no. I need to do something. I need to. I ain't telling you what to do. I ain't even telling you what to believe. I'm giving you the opportunity to stand up and start rejoicing. Let your problems go. Lay them down. So every wake that so easily besets us and every wake that sets us aside and sin that so easily besets us and run towards the author of the faith. Oh, my God. His name is Jesus. [00:40:20] Amen. [00:40:22] Shuck it off. [00:40:24] That's an old hillbilly phrase. You ever shucked corn? I don't know if y' all do that here. You ever broke beans? I don't know if y' all do that here, but you just gotta take the dead thing off. To get to the good. [00:40:35] The enemy's trying to put dead things on you. They ain't in your nature no more. They ain't a part of grace no more. Take em off. [00:40:42] Amen. [00:40:45] Oh, I'm preaching myself happy. So my word that goes out of my mouth, it will not return to me empty. Isaiah 55:11. [00:40:54] Speak, move. [00:40:58] Faith speaks. [00:40:59] Faith moves. [00:41:01] Faith is amen. [00:41:06] So will my word be, which goes forth from my mouth, says the Lord. It will not return to me empty. In other versions, it says void. [00:41:16] Without accomplishing what I desire and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it, God's word, no matter how many mountains and valleys it's gotta flow through, will always come back, achieving what he said it would do. [00:41:32] No matter how many mouths it's had to speak through, no matter how many generations 400 years between the prophet and Jesus traveled through the mouths of many to get to the point of the manifestation. [00:41:46] Your moment, your minute is a vapor compared to the faith and legacy you will leave because of grace in your life. [00:41:53] Amen. [00:41:56] Your mountain ain't big enough. [00:41:58] Your giant ain't big enough. [00:42:01] You have a cloudiness of witnesses. You have generations of faith empowering you. You have the faith of God in you. You have the authority of God on your lips. Speak with grace and faith and see mountains move. [00:42:17] Amen. [00:42:18] Pastor, how you keep doing it? Pastor, how you keep doing it? I must get asked that question at least two or three times a week. Pastor, how you keep doing it? How you deal with all them people and all their problems? Because I don't deal with all them people and all their problems. [00:42:32] I let God deal with all them people and all their problems. [00:42:36] Galatians 6:6 says, I cast every burden on the Lord. You bring me a problem, I'm gonna take it to him. [00:42:41] Because I'm not the fixer, he is. [00:42:45] You can't put it on my shoulders. I put it on his and His Word, and I add my faith to your faith, and we give it to God. [00:42:55] Amen. That's what we supposed to do, man. People feel responsible for fixing people's lives. I feel sorry for you. [00:43:02] I'm not talking about counselors. I'm talking about ministers. [00:43:06] Speak with faith. Give it to God. [00:43:09] Amen. Has this been good today? [00:43:11] Has this been good today? [00:43:17] Patty, Tina, Jeremy, if y' all come up for just a second, I don't know what's gonna happen, but I'm gonna open a moment. Every head bowed and every eye closed. [00:43:32] If you. Everybody, stand to your feet. Keep your Head bowed. Don't stumble while you're standing. [00:43:39] If you need prayer, you want us to add our faith to your faith, you can ask the person next to you to pray for you if you like, it's okay. [00:43:50] But if you want to boldly come forward and say, I need prayer. [00:43:54] I've been carrying too many burdens. I want to rejoice. If that's you this morning, can you move and get that confident faith? [00:44:01] Come on. Thank you. You got one, dear. Right? [00:44:05] Anybody want to come forward? Anybody else? [00:44:08] Anybody else? [00:44:11] Amen. I'm gonna keep talking. [00:44:14] Amen. Anybody? Anybody else? [00:44:17] I need to give it to God. I need to believe. Come on, move. Don't wait. Move. [00:44:25] Come here, brother. [00:44:28] Just stand right here. Jim, if you would come, Jim, could you come pray with him? [00:44:35] Now, everybody else, I want you to lay your hand on your neighbor. [00:44:39] If they'll let you. If you need to ask them permission because you don't know them, you go right ahead. But let's pray together. [00:44:47] Father, I thank you. You can pray your own prayer. Father, I thank you for the faith that is being released in this room is the faith that in you and of you. I know that you are doing all things. [00:44:59] You are overcoming obstacles because you overcome the world through the name of Jesus. [00:45:05] There's power in that name. [00:45:07] I put faith in that name. [00:45:09] I believe in that name. [00:45:12] It is done in that name. [00:45:14] I release all issues. [00:45:18] I give all my burdens right now to Jesus. [00:45:22] I thank you, God, right now for this powerful time in the Lord, for those being restored, for those being healed, for those being built up, that they've been believing for a long time for a thing and they've grown weary and well doing and they're getting strength today to keep going. [00:45:41] I thank you, God, for safety for my brothers. [00:45:44] Amen. Sisters. I thank you that this faith is built up in them, that they can accomplish all things for them. They believe and it shall manifest in their life and show the world the testimony that God can. God knows and we trust him. [00:46:03] We believe you, God, for healing in these bodies. [00:46:07] We believe you, God, for success, faith and building up the inner man in these bodies. [00:46:14] We thank you, God for this message today, this service today. We thank you, God, for what you're building inside this community, for it is done in Jesus name. [00:46:28] We believe it, we receive it, we have it, we profess it in faith. [00:46:42] Thank you, Jesus. [00:46:47] We thank you, Jesus. [00:46:49] We thank you, Jesus. [00:46:56] We thank you, Jesus. [00:46:59] We thank you, Jesus. [00:47:08] Do you receive it? [00:47:10] Do you have it? [00:47:11] Is it yours? [00:47:14] Amen. Give The Lord a hand clap of praise. Amen. [00:47:20] Come on, give the Lord a hand clap of praise. [00:47:28] Come on, come on, give him a hand clap of praise. [00:47:33] It is done. [00:47:37] Now, as we stretch our hands this way to those that are still being ministered to up front here. [00:47:41] We thank you, God, for the fullness of faith. [00:47:45] We thank you, God, for your power. [00:47:50] You're working miracles in them. [00:47:52] It's in Jesus name we pray and we all say Amen. [00:47:56] Now, I got one thing to say to you before we bring up those that are doing announcements. [00:48:03] And I want to share with you something that has challenged me for years in faith, that I've never spoke publicly, and it's a simple phrase, but it's something I believe that will encourage many of you. [00:48:15] Something that I've overcome. [00:48:17] Now, I'm not about to tell you a story of cancer or this and the third or some illness. I'm about to tell you about a simple thought, a simple philosophy that can live in your mind, a way of thinking that can live in your mind. Okay? [00:48:31] And it's gonna sting to some, but this is not a condemnation. This is not a conviction. This is something to correct in your thinking. [00:48:43] When you've prayed and you believe and you feel that feeling that you've received it, there's that moment where you gotta proclaim it. [00:48:54] And if in somewhere in there you say, but if I say it, what if it don't happen? [00:49:02] That's the thing you gotta deal with to truly believe. [00:49:07] That's the area of faith that you gotta start challenging, is that you will boldly declare what God has done. Cause if Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego walked into a fire believing, that means they felt the heat. [00:49:22] Amen. [00:49:24] If there is something you're believing for in faith, if you are afraid to declare it, you need to deal with that doubt. [00:49:35] Does that make sense? Now, how do we deal with that doubt? Cause I want to make sure everybody walks away empowered. How do we deal with that doubt? [00:49:42] We trust. [00:49:44] Trust in what grace has done, trust in what God has said, and develop that trust in God. It's like a lean fall, you know? You ever seen them lean fall things? Somebody behind you and you close your eyes and you fall back. You know how many people look back as they're falling? [00:49:57] Are you really going to catch me? [00:50:00] God will catch you. [00:50:02] God will strengthen you. [00:50:04] God is always there. Does that make sense today? [00:50:07] Amen. Give the Lord a hand clap of praise.
