[00:00:00] Welcome to the World Changers Church Gold Coast Podcast. Join us as we listen to today's message. [00:00:06] Praise the Lord. Well, the kids are having fun upstairs. Father, we thank you this morning for another opportunity to minister to your precious sheep, your eagles, and, Lord, with each and every person here today. We thank you, God, that this revelation, knowledge that we've received, and we believe at such a time as this, that this is not a coincidence that these people are here this morning, but it is designed by God that the Holy. [00:00:32] Spirit woke them up, got them out. [00:00:33] Of bed, and brought them here to hear this message. For Father, we have a Rhema word. [00:00:37] This morning, not a prepared preach. [00:00:40] Lord, we thank you for orchestrating this service, surrounding it with angels. And we bind and rebuke every demonic. [00:00:45] Force that would try and rob this. [00:00:46] Word from their hearts. In Jesus name, amen. And amen. All right. [00:00:52] Hallelujah. Well, today's gonna be fun. [00:00:55] I got up this morning and I. [00:00:56] Said, Lord, I feel a little jittery. [00:00:59] What's going on? And, you know, I was feeling a little stirring in my. In my spirit. And I thought, oh, it must be something I ate. You know, I remember when I was in Israel, I went to the pool of Bethesda, and someone dropped their phone over the railing, which is fenced off. And I said, I'll go get it. And I got to go down in there. And I said, lord, wouldn't it be awesome if there was some water stirring in this place? And he said, well, now the water's in you. I said, okay, well, praise the Lord. And so that stirring I felt this morning as I said, lord, it must. [00:01:30] Be something I ate. [00:01:31] He said, no, I'm stirring the waters in you. I'm stirring up those gifts in you. And I said, okay, Lord. Sweet. [00:01:38] So I got here, I immediately got my laptop. I started working on the message series by Grace Through Faith. [00:01:45] And I wrote it about three times while I was here this morning. After writing it last night and working on it twice last night, the first message. And as the closer and closer we got, this tug of war was happening. [00:01:56] I said, lord, what are you doing? He said, oh, just grab your Bible. [00:01:58] And put your laptop over behind Paddy. You're not going to preach that today. You're going to start that next week. [00:02:03] I said, okay, Lord, what we going to preach? [00:02:06] He said, I'll tell you in a minute. I do have a message to preach this morning from the Lord. And that's why I believe it's a Rhema word, because it's something that God said, I'm going to pour out of those living waters. And we're going to use some very common scriptures today. First, I'd like to go to Ephesians, chapter two. I mean, Chapter one, verse three. And I want to read some scriptures here. And these are promises and these are. [00:02:36] Realities that we walk in. [00:02:38] And this is not the message. The message I'm going to talk to you today is the word dedicated. Now, I want you to remember that word, dedicated or I'm dedicated. Dedicated. So blessed be God and our Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ. I want to go to the next verse. Just as he chose us in him before the foundation of world, that we should be holy without blame before him in what love? All right, let's go to the next scripture. I want to read it again in second Peter 1, 3, 4. [00:03:10] I want to read that. [00:03:12] I think that's the scripture I gave you, Timmy. [00:03:14] Yep. [00:03:15] Second Peter, Chapter one, verses three through four. [00:03:18] And from that love that we walk. [00:03:21] In each and every day with Christ. [00:03:24] And that love that's been shed abroad for all mankind and us, from that love, from that empowerment from the Holy Spirit, we have something else, as his divine power has given to us. All things. Somebody say all. All things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of him who called us by his glory and virtue. [00:03:45] Going to the next verse by which. [00:03:47] We have been given. That is not future tense. That is past tense. We've been given exceedingly great and precious promises that through these you may be partakers of a divine nature, having escaped the corruption of the world through lust. So we're. Love has a counterfeit. [00:04:12] And it's lust. [00:04:13] Now, when you think lust, you think sexual things. No, lust is something that is impure. You desire something impurely. You know you can desire a car in the wrong way. You know you can desire a job in the wrong way. You can desire money in the wrong way. You lust after. It's the love or the lust of money. It's the lust after wanting a better. [00:04:37] Marriage or wanting a better friendship or wanting something better. [00:04:41] We're supposed to be walking in love and dedicated to love and operate from the fruit of love which is designed through grace. [00:04:50] Amen. [00:04:51] I have the grace of God. And these are gifts that we have. We are empowered with exceedingly great and precious promises that if we dedicate ourselves. [00:05:01] To that walk, which I'm going to. [00:05:03] Talk about more next week, when we dedicate ourselves that we are partakers of this divine nature, escaping corruption. Somebody say I've escaped it. [00:05:13] All right, let's go to the next verse. [00:05:15] And then Titus 2. This is talking about our salvation. For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that denying what ungodliness and worldly lust. We should live soberly, righteously and godly in the present age. Now, the beautiful thing about my wife. [00:05:36] Right, I'm gonna talk about my wife for a second. Cause this is just the Holy Spirit. [00:05:40] Moving here, you know, all for 25 years. We're coming up on our 25 year anniversary of May 12th of next year. And that's gonna be absolutely amazing. [00:05:49] I know. [00:05:50] When did I get married? At 25. I know, I know. [00:05:52] Praise the Lord. That's what I tell myself. That's what Guy tells me as well. Hallelujah. [00:05:58] But we're coming up on 25 years. And people ask me, how did you make it that long in this hypersexual world? Because I only have eyes for her. [00:06:10] Do you understand that? [00:06:12] And when I only have eyes for her, there's nothing that can invade my home. And I can be sober, aware and focused on that and walk uprightly in that relationship. Now, here's the thing about. He gave us so much. He gave us unearned, unmerited favor. He gave us exceedingly great and precious promises. We walk uprightly before the Lord in His righteousness that he's bestowed upon us, his holiness that he's placed on us his purity that he's put in our hearts. Cause he said, I will take them off of stony tablets and write them in the flesh, in the heart. So he's given us everything we need to be successful. So the only way to fall is to not be dedicated in our focus of Jesus. [00:06:57] Amen. [00:06:58] Okay, y' all here this morning. [00:07:00] I mean, I can go preach to. [00:07:01] Somebody else if y' all want. Amen. No, you gotta be dedicated to him knowing that you're upright. But we got our focus on so many other things. What's she doing? What he's doing. What they doing? What Bitcoin doing? We're focused on so much that it. The Bible says, put your focus, your mark, your aim on the high calling, which is in Christ Jesus. [00:07:27] Jesus. Amen. [00:07:29] So in our salvation, going back to Titus 11, in our salvation, we have for grace of God that it brings us salvation, has appeared to all men, teaching us that denying. Wait a minute, hold on. [00:07:41] Teaching. [00:07:44] You know, dedication is surrender. You know, the first thing that the enemy wants to attack. In your walk with Christ is your surrender, your unity, your faith, your love. And if he can get, if he can get you talking bad about your neighbor, get you talking bad about your brother, he's got you in worldly lust. And you are not sober, your righteousness is skewed, and you're walking in a broken godliness. [00:08:11] Amen. [00:08:13] Now here's the thing. We live by grace. We have the balance of faith and grace. So I know preaching a Holy Ghost message this morning might be like a, ooh, a little bit touchy. But the thing is that this is what's in my heart. Because when I was in Israel and. [00:08:29] I was at the Wailing Wall or. [00:08:31] The Western Wall, man, I had the perfect metaphor for preaching. I'm gonna tell you what, God just, He made a sermonette right there. I walk up, I got my little rolled up prayer. You know, you're supposed to go and pray. [00:08:44] I didn't know if you were supposed to rock or not. [00:08:46] I just thought, you know, everybody else is, so I might as well. And I rolled my little prayer up, I stuck it in there and I began to pray. And I couldn't even pray my prayer. Cause I'm listening to the guy now, he looks like a store worker. His sandals are dirty and dusty. His pants are ripped, his polo is borrowed. His kids kippah, because you have to wear a covering to go pray. Is the one borrowed from the, from the door. And he is praying now. It's in Hebrew. And I'm sitting there thinking, man, this sounds like he's praying Baruch Atah, Adonai, melech adelam. He's saying, praise be unto God, the God of the universe. And he's beginning, come, Messiah, come. Come, Messiah, come. And I'm understanding what he's saying. [00:09:23] That was strange. [00:09:25] And then there's the guy next to me. He's sitting his little prayer table and he got a little place to put your feet with a little prayer book. He's got his eyelid on, he's got his shawl on, he's got a prayer be. He's got everything. He's rocking back and forth, praying the same prayer. [00:09:39] The difference was this one was crying, this one was performing. [00:09:45] That couldn't have been a more perfect lived out scene analogy. This one was dedicated and this one. [00:09:52] Was devoted to religion. [00:09:55] This one was praying with all his heart. Now you would think that I came. [00:09:59] Back from that moment and had something. [00:10:00] Like, you know, I'm gonna do this. I stepped back and I started walking Back because you gotta walk backwards. [00:10:05] You can't turn your backside to something holy. I mean, that's how reverent they are of that wall. I mean we just, we just, we be talking to somebody. Yeah, see you later. [00:10:16] You know, but they're so reverent in everything they do. They have respect for everything. And I was like, wow, that's pretty awesome. So I'm walking backwards and I'm having to watch all those people pray and God hits me. They pray, they do that five times. [00:10:32] A day and they sometimes have to do it with the Muslim prayer echoing in the background. [00:10:38] They do that five times a day. [00:10:40] Devoted, I mean, thousands of people devoted, dedicated. [00:10:45] And I'm walking backwards, I'm looking at. [00:10:47] It and you'd think some religious thing sparked up in me. [00:10:49] No, no, no, I have what they're praying for. I have this Jesus, I have this anointed one that they're crying out, let the spirit of Elijah come. I have that right now. Every promise they're trying to activate, every dedicated moment I have right now. [00:11:10] Now. [00:11:15] And I said, God, what am I going to do with all this? And this scripture came into my mind this morning with that story about live soberly, live awake, awake yourselves unto righteousness. The Bible says I wake up righteous with God. I go to sleep righteous with God, and no matter what I do or how my human feels, I'm in right standing with God. That'll mess you up. Now if you take that the wrong way, you'll go run off and think you can do every little sin you want to. [00:11:49] That's not the grace we have. [00:11:51] And if you take it the other way, you'll get so law based that you're trying to move God with every prayer. Your Rama shaman swinging incense and prophesying over the cat. [00:12:01] Amen. [00:12:03] But that's not what God's called you to do. He's called you to realize why did he say in Ephesians 6:10 to put on the whole armor of God because we have an adversary that is of this world that is trying to change our focus. [00:12:19] Amen. [00:12:20] We have the grace of God. [00:12:22] Somebody say I'm saved if you're saved. Amen. [00:12:26] And when I walked back from that wall, I promise I'm going to get. [00:12:29] To the next point. [00:12:29] When I walked back from that wall, I literally said, God, what am I going to do with this reality? I, I have what they have, but I take it for granted. I pray when there's a problem. I pray maybe at a dinner and oh, I start eating Three or four bites. [00:12:43] Oh, yeah. [00:12:43] Thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. Amen. I take it so for granted, and I'm a pastor now. I'm not here to condemn you, but I'd love to see the Australian church change. [00:12:59] Come on. If you want to clap, clap. [00:13:04] I'm tired of being like every other church, me and I. Every other word is, I need this God, and we want that God. And my movement. Can I tell you something about World Changers Church? We have a title and a banner and a brand. But can I tell you about this ministry and tell you about the leader of it? His name is Jesus Christ. Amen. And he has a CEO and a vice president that sits with us. His name is the Holy Spirit. [00:13:34] Amen. [00:13:35] And they started a movement a little while ago together. Jesus died on the cross, rose again. He said, tag, you're in Holy Spirit. And that ministry's been going ever since then. [00:13:46] Amen. [00:13:48] You know, I don't have. The Lord's telling me that you have a ministry. You're supposed to start separate from everybody else. Well, the Bible says I'm neatly jointly fit together for the ministry of Jesus Christ. Being one faith, one mind. [00:14:05] Amen. [00:14:06] The enemy's doing well to disrupt our unity because we think God is calling us to something unique and different. Listen, I'm gonna tell you about what he's called you to, but I gotta talk to you about who's robbing it first. John 10:10. [00:14:21] Oh, hallelujah. [00:14:24] No, John 1:10. [00:14:25] Actually, let's go there. John 1:10. I want to read it out. [00:14:29] Most assuredly. I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door. [00:14:34] Now listen to this. This is awesome right there. [00:14:37] I always imagine that being a sheep's. [00:14:40] Den out in the shepherd's thing, and. [00:14:43] You know all the analogies I've ever given. But when I went to the pool of Bethesda and they got the fourth corner wanting to be excavated, they said, yeah, that's the sheep gate, which Jesus walked through. And there's the first pool where the sheep is washed for the sacrifices. And there's the pool where healing happens. [00:15:03] Hold on now. This should take a whole nother meaning. [00:15:05] Jesus walked through that door, that gate. [00:15:09] This is totally different than what this is saying, but I just got to give you something. [00:15:12] He walked through a gate and he became shepherd. Now, sheep. He is saying something right here. Most assuredly, I say to you that he who does not enter into the sheepfold of the door, but climbs up over another way, the same is a Thief and a robbery. But he who enters by the door is a shepherd of the sheep. He had to enter through the door that walked the sheep through. He gave a revelation, a prophecy over himself as he walked in as a shepherd and gave himself as an offering. I'm gonna keep going to him. The doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice. And he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. He came in and started preaching to them the way out. John said, repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. They're still praying at the wall that they think Jesus is coming through as the king when he came through as a servant the first time. And when he splits the Mount of Olives, he's going to come through the gate. They're praying at. Amen. Well, I'm so happy. [00:16:31] Jesus loves me. [00:16:32] And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. Think about that. Jesus said, I go before you and prepare a house. For in my Father's house is many mansions, many rooms. Yet they will no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him. For they do not know the voice of strangers. [00:16:54] And when Jesus used this illustration, they did not understand the things in which he spoke to them. [00:17:01] Then Jesus said to them again, most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. He became the sacrifice to be the way. [00:17:12] He showed us the way and became the sacrifice. I'm going to talk about that just in a few moments. If the Holy Spirit allows. [00:17:19] All who have ever come before by me. All who ever came before me are thieves and robbers. But the sheep did not hear them. I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and. [00:17:34] Out and find pasture. Look at this. [00:17:36] The thief does not come. [00:17:38] Expect to do what? Steal, kill and destroy. I'm gonna let you know. [00:17:44] The Bible says that your body members, your mouth included, can yield itself to. [00:17:48] Either the flesh or spirit. [00:17:51] You can be under grace, you can. [00:17:52] Be upright with God, but you can still be an instrument for the devil or your flesh. Is that strange? Is that good? All right, here's the thing. So this morning, I got up and I was all clunky, and I was wrestling, doing a little tug of war with the Holy Spirit. [00:18:07] And, you know. [00:18:08] And I felt like a bad carburetor in the old truck. It was just. Everything was just off, out of sync. [00:18:15] God would say one thing and I'd say another. [00:18:17] Everything was just even. When we started prayer this morning, it. [00:18:19] Was like, all the keys were everywhere. It sounded like a whale. [00:18:23] I mean, it was good, but at. [00:18:24] The same time, I was like, man, something sounds off. [00:18:27] And God said, it's you. [00:18:31] I said, well, what do I do, God? He said, surrender. Surrender to the spirit of God so that I can operate through you fully. Because what you want to do is different than what I want to do. Let my grace be sufficient in you. [00:18:46] That. [00:18:47] And don't worry about being so prepared like you have been in the past year and a half. [00:18:51] Amen. Makes sense. [00:18:54] So then the Lord read, so look at this. Let's go back to John 10:10. [00:19:00] The thief does not come except to do what? Steal. [00:19:04] You can tell what spirit someone's operating in if it's trying to take. If somebody's speaking to you. And that pity, weighty, ugh, starts to happen right there. That is not the Holy Spirit. That is the flesh talking to the flesh, trying to rile up the flesh. And it will do nothing but steal your joy, cause anger, manifest frustration and manifest fear. When someone's speaking with the spirit of God, it begins to ignite in sight. Oh, my God. It begins to cause something to happen. And you say, yeah, that's it. I want to be there, dedicated. I want to be that on fire. I want to walk with the Lord. If you're sitting here this morning and you're like, I don't know if I like this, preach well, praise the Lord. I'm not preaching for you. I am preaching from him. [00:19:58] Amen. [00:20:00] I'm not trying to impress you or be your dancing monkey. I don't care about the church growing or not. I just want people to enter into heaven. Hallelujah. I want people to walk in victory. Amen. I want people to be full of the Spirit. Amen. I want people to walk in authority and speak with words of power. If you want to be tickled and made to feel good this morning, find yourself the door. There's a church for you somewhere else. But I will make you laugh. I will smile at you, and I'll love you. [00:20:29] But there's one thing you can expect from me. It's the truth. [00:20:32] The enemy wants to steal and kill means he wants to put to death the things of God in you, put them to rest, make them lay down, and utterly destroy everything of God. [00:20:47] But he said, I have come that. [00:20:49] They may have what? Life? And that they may have it more abundantly. You want to learn how to walk in victory? Walk with Jesus. If you're constantly flopping about like a fish, you're still trying to figure it out. Stop trying to figure it out. Embrace the journey. Hold his hand, love on him and let him love on you. You quit trying to make everything perfect, people, you live in a world that is fallen, and in any given moment, Trump can tweet something and everybody goes crazy. Amen. It doesn't have to be perfect. Your social media post that you put out, that was like all powerful and of God and nobody liked it. Guess what? You did it for social media, not Jesus. If it impacts you, we got to start doing more for Jesus and less for approval. Dedication says, I'm going to do the right thing because it's the right thing to do. Dedication says, here's my guard rails that I'm going to walk in. Here's the grace that I have. I'm not going to slip way left into law and I'm not going to slip way far right into greasy grace. I'm going to stay right where Jesus has ordained in my life and I'm going to make sure that the enemy has no place to steal and kill. [00:22:04] And destroy because I'm walking with Jesus. Amen. And then if we look at the. [00:22:10] Next verse, Hebrews 12, Hebrews gives us an example of how the enemy steals. And I'm going to talk about that. Therefore, we also since are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses, let us. [00:22:27] Lay aside every weight. [00:22:29] Look at that first verse, Hebrews 11 gives us this whole lineage of people that have walked in faith and grace. Now Faith is Hebrews 11:1. [00:22:44] Now faith is Hebrews 11:1. [00:22:49] And it gives us all those stories and then comes to this point where we see. Therefore, let us also being surrounded by a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight. Your opinion is weighty. Your thoughts about people and what they think about you is weighty. Your church hurt is weighty. Your opinion of me is weighty. Your opinion of how church should be is weighty. [00:23:23] When. [00:23:23] When everything becomes a weight, you gotta. You gotta figure out what you're carrying you were not meant to carry. Jesus said, my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Cast all your cares on me. Amen. And that's what he's saying here. You're trying to carry your kids, you're trying to carry your marriage. And I don't know if you ever like, had like those little. What do they call them, little medicine balls that. [00:23:49] What they. No kettle bells. Thank you. For people that work out know what they're called. [00:23:55] And I used to carry those. 50. [00:23:57] 50. [00:23:58] I guess they fit the heaviest thing I could carry, I. I would walk with them carrying to get ready dumbbells to get ready to carry weight at. [00:24:05] In construction, I'd do little shirt shoulder strugs. [00:24:09] I'd do lunges with them and all. [00:24:10] That stuff back when I was young. And now I just realized I just hurt myself doing all that stuff. [00:24:17] And I'd let go of those weights and it was like my arms just. [00:24:19] Wanted to go pew. [00:24:22] They just wanted to shout. Right? Do you know that dedicating your life to Jesus doesn't add more weight? [00:24:29] Amen. [00:24:30] It actually, if you do it the way he calls you to, when you enter into his rest, when you cast all your cares, when you pray the prayers of thankfulness, when you actually know that you know that you know that God said it, you just can't do nothing but lift your hands and praise Him. Honey, brother, don't let no man or woman dictate how you gonna, like, worship God? I mean, I went to a church one time and I'm gonna get back to the scriptures, I promise. I was five years at that church and the pastor called me into a meeting and he said, kyle, we need to talk. [00:25:09] I was like, sweet, it's gonna be something heavenly. Hallelujah. [00:25:12] He looked at me with a stone cold face and said, I don't know. [00:25:14] Why you're still at this church now. That hurt because I was already hurt. Amen. [00:25:20] I was already hurting and that hurt. And I look back on it after receiving massive healing over it. And I went back to his porch. [00:25:30] One day when he was no longer a pastor and he was just a school bus driver. It's funny how God works, you know? [00:25:38] But I went back to his porch. [00:25:39] One day and I said, hey, what. [00:25:41] Did you mean by that? [00:25:45] I was young and full of vinegar and ready just to have a conversation. He said, Kyle, I heard everything you said about me at least twice a week. How you tore down the ministry, how you thought that I wasn't fit, and how you thought you could do it better, and you were so against everything in the church. I just actually thought, why are you still here? [00:26:05] And I didn't have the heart to have that conversation because you were at the time. He said you at the time were training to be MMA fighters. So I thought you'd just get mad. So I just said whatever I felt comfortable to. But I look back on that moment. What if we had had a real conversation. [00:26:23] Dedicated to Jesus and he could. [00:26:26] Have told me, you run your mouth so much about me. [00:26:29] I don't Understand why you're still at this church. I would have repented right there on the spot. Because I was tearing down the kingdom of God. [00:26:38] Honey, I got something to tell you, brother. [00:26:39] I got something to tell you. [00:26:40] We ain't perfect. Heck, I got a cowlick in the back of my head that gives me. [00:26:46] So much trouble every morning. [00:26:47] I gotta get a blow dryer for. [00:26:48] At least 10 minutes and just. [00:26:51] And honey, I start off every day frustrated, just trying to fix my hair. Cause I was born with a swirl. Amen. I got a hurricane in the back of my head. [00:27:01] Amen. [00:27:02] I wake up already frustrated every day and got to pray to Jesus. And Paddy said, I just ain't got no hair. Just come to Jesus and you'll be all right. I wake up every day already frustrated, just trying to get ready. I'm already dealing with my flesh every moment of the day. I'm sorry if I didn't shake your hand. I'm sorry if I look like a bulldog. I'm sorry if I didn't sing this song or lift my hands. Don't make it about me. Make it about Jesus. Amen. You come to World Changers. Make it about Jesus. You serve. Make it about Jesus. Well, I believe that my time and season that World Changers is over. You better make it about Jesus. Let us lay aside every weight and. [00:27:42] The sin that so easily enslares us. Weights lead to sin. [00:27:48] Trying to carry the weight you're not supposed to carry. [00:27:51] That is not the dedication that God's calling you to. [00:27:55] Trying to carry all that weight will lend you. Like you ever seen an alcoholic trying to stop drinking. They just keep saying, I just can't stop. I said, well, quit trying to stop. Just say you're the righteousness of God. Just believe in who you are, not the thing that you're doing. [00:28:10] Amen. [00:28:11] Get dedicated to who you are. Not dedicated to trying to stop. I mean, when. I mean, I started losing all this. [00:28:18] Weight because I stopped dieting and started walking. [00:28:23] And I'm doing about 10,000 steps a day, and I can eat whatever I want. Praise Jesus. I'm living good, clicking like a chicken. Amen. And when I have a piece of cake, we add another 2k on that joker. Amen. Hallelujah. Now I'm realizing there ain't no muscle up underneath that fat. Now I gotta go to the gym. Hallelujah. But you dedicate to the race. Let go of the weight and let go of the sin. Looking to who? [00:28:51] Jesus. The author and the finisher of our faith. Honey, your Faith ain't even on you. [00:28:59] He gives you a response through the word. He says, I've given each of you a measure of faith. He has provided all you need to live a life of godliness. All you gotta do is say yes. Amen. Now, my wife didn't know what she signed up to when she got married to me. Amen. But she said yes. And next year we're gonna have the wedding we never had. And I'm looking forward to it. I'm excited. I'm stopping by, talking to flower arrangement people. I'm doing all the little planning. I'm having fun. Amen. [00:29:29] Because I'm dedicated to finish. Well, dedicate yourselves to the finish of your faith. And look at this. Who, for the joy that was set. [00:29:41] Before him, endured the cross despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. He gives us beauty for ashes, dancing for mourning. He took all the pain so that we could live in promise. What you mad about, sister? What you mad about, bro? You letting somebody who ain't even got the power of heaven and hell and death and the grave determine how you gonna live. [00:30:10] Let them talk about you. [00:30:12] Hallelujah. It's free promotion. Amen. Keep letting them talk. You keep walking with Jesus. Keep letting them talk. They just promoting the king for you. Amen. Hallelujah. [00:30:24] Give the Lord a hand clap of praise. [00:30:28] So I want to lend with this before I start this series next week. [00:30:33] On By Grace Through Faith. [00:30:36] I wanted us to have a reality. [00:30:39] Of Romans 12:1 and 2. [00:30:45] Jesus became the sacrifice so that we. [00:30:47] Wouldn'T have to die, so this walk with him wouldn't have to be painful. Amen. [00:30:56] There's no pain in this, just joy. [00:30:59] Amen. Huh? Look at what Paul says. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, wholly acceptable God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Now go back to the first scripture. Now, you've read that a hundred times, you've heard it preached. It's one of the first few verses I memorized when I first got saved. Today, I'm not reading that as a reference of teaching. I'm reading them as my own words. Brothers and sisters, I beg you is what beseech means. I beg you by the mercies of God which the power that's been given you, the grace that's been given you the faith that's been given you. I beg you that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy meaning set apart for the master's use, acceptable meaning, free from the weight and sin of the world, which is your reasonable service. [00:32:22] I'm asking you to take this scripture. [00:32:25] Personal. [00:32:27] To actually right now say, I've been given grace, unearned, unmerited favor, and all I got to do is say yes. And if your flesh is getting a little riled up and you don't like the teaching, and maybe you're picking me apart. Hey, it's okay. [00:32:45] I'm not here to make a podcast this morning. [00:32:50] I'm here to preach a word to convict, not condemn. That when I came back from Wadi Rum, when I came back from Israel. [00:32:57] I had such a culture shock coming back to the Western church. [00:33:02] I mean, it just like shook me to the core. I was like, oh my God, all these Iisms. You mad, bro? Like, really, you mad, bro? [00:33:11] Because God didn't come through for your. [00:33:13] Ice cream in the drive thru? Are you mad, bro? Like, seriously, God is doing so much more. [00:33:21] Amen. [00:33:22] God is doing so much more for you. And we make it about the little things we go through. Listen, all those little things will not be champions in your life when you place him at the top of everything. [00:33:36] Amen. [00:33:37] Hallelujah. [00:33:39] Amen. And do not be conformed to this world. We have shaped church based off of success metrics. Well, you know, your church is successful if you have this many people, if you have this many likes on your podcast and followers and Instagram. We've determined the people that we listen. [00:34:05] To based off of their success. [00:34:08] What if God sent me a nobody. [00:34:11] Stripped me of all my Christian fame. [00:34:14] In the US to come over here and be a nobody so that you could hear an unadulterated word of God? [00:34:23] And what if you're just looking over. [00:34:24] World changers and getting on your other. [00:34:27] Podcasts through the week, all week long, and not knowing that this guy, that girl and this team are praying for you individually for messages for your life. For you. Not for our ministry growth, not for our life groups. For you. We're praying for you. We have a message for you. This message is for you. I wrestled with it so much this morning. And all God is. I'm not asking for dedication to your volunteer service. [00:34:58] Hallelujah. [00:34:59] I'm not looking for partners and dedication for your finances. Amen. I want to take your hand and God's hand and link them together and just have you follow him and what if all that metric success that you. You just bypass all the words of God in your life because they're not in a workbook, they're not on a famous podcast, and they're not in a New York bestseller. What if God brought you to the very place where you could hear a word that would change your life? [00:35:31] Amen. [00:35:32] And what if today is that day? What if you've been saying, lord, I just want to follow your perfect will. I just want to walk with you. Oh, man, I just want to know you? I'm so sick and tired of the hiccups and the burp ups and the. Of everything. I'm so tired of the religious habits and the I don't know what. And then every time I think I got it figured out, some prophet liar comes along in the sidewalk and tells me something that just sounds so good, but it doesn't make sense. [00:36:01] Y' all guys all got them prop sidewalk prophets. We got parking lot prophets. Amen. [00:36:06] But people that just need to give a word. [00:36:11] I don't need to give a word, honey. I wish I could just sit down. [00:36:14] And be a hermit. [00:36:15] I'm a socially trained introvert. Amen. [00:36:20] Everybody's like, well, you used to be in a 5,000 member church. Don't you want the church to grow? Secret? [00:36:25] I would like it to stay this small because I am comfortable here. [00:36:30] If it gets much bigger, I got to put up with that much more mess. Hallelujah. Amen. I'm pretty comfortable with your little problems. [00:36:39] Amen. [00:36:41] Because I can pray for you and then I can watch you grow. And it's like just watching toddlers get through life, man. I don't want to start running marathons. [00:36:50] With a big church. [00:36:51] Hallelujah. [00:36:52] Amen. But God's calling us to it. God's calling us out. He's calling us out of the valley. I don't know how big this church. [00:36:58] Will get. [00:37:01] But I know how it's going to grow. Off the word of God and with the spirit guiding. And maybe this morning you came in looking for something particular. We started off with intercessory prayer and worship, and man worship was phenomenal. Tina got up and she honored the team and she did communion and offering, and it was amazing. But maybe the most perfect way to fulfill the will of God is through you finally saying yes. Just say yes to the grace of God. Amen. Just say yes to that favor that's on your life, brother. You know, I think the first thing you drink every morning is water, right? You'd be pro you right there. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You just. I want to fill my body with the right stuff. And the same goes with the spirit of God for you. You don't want nothing in that's going to make it clunky. Well, God sees you. [00:38:12] Not me. [00:38:13] God sees all the dedication that you have. The valleys, the mountains, the peaks and how hard it's been and how moments you wanted to give up. Just like me, right? But that's the grace of God. It carried us through all those peaks and valleys. And when you encountered that word, you said, that's it, that's what I want filter for my life. But it's also about forgiving ourselves and the mistakes and the heartaches and the ambition and the I shoulda coulda, wouldas. It's about simply saying yes to the grace that even in those moments, God still carries on. Amen. Amen, brother. What's your name again? Taylor. Tyler Taylor. Yeah, he said. I said it right. Amen. See us, we have brother ears. Amen. We're gonna say a special prayer before I close. Lord, I thank you that what I put in my body will produce health in my body. So whatever I put in place in my spirit will give me my faith response. Lord, today I ask to be dedicated. Oh Lord, dedicate me like a little baby. Just splash me with your goodness and your grace. Let me receive that newness of life, that everything former is gone and I. [00:39:53] Am a new creation. I am the righteousness of God. [00:39:57] I can do all things through him that strengthens me. And let your holy Spirit cleanse me. [00:40:03] Of any anger, doubt, worry or fear. And let me begin to feel free. [00:40:09] Amen. And Lord, if there is a devil in a bush, I have the authority to pray him out, not to figure out why is he there. And if things aren't perfect in my life, this too shall pass. Your word gives me a yes. And amen to everything that happens. If it's not good, it will be good. If it's getting better, it'll be even greater. Let us walk in faith. To faith, glory to glory. And let us live a dedicated life. [00:40:43] In the rhythm of grace. [00:40:46] Let my faith response be to what grace has already supplied. It's in Jesus name I pray and we all say amen. Come on, give the Lord a hand clap of praise. Now I'm not going to make you stand. I just want you all to bow your heads. And I know you curious folk are going to want to still look around, but just bow your heads, close your eyes. Only me And Paddy will look around and probably Michelle, because she's got to keep her eyes open. But if you're here today and this message has said, you know what, Lord, I want to rededicate my life. And I don't believe in rededication. Well, honey, you need to believe in it every time, because repentance is still a part of your life. Repentance is not asking for forgiveness of sins. That forgiveness is already there. It's about that change of heart and mind that I let go of, that thing that so easily distract and. And I step into what God's provided. So if you're here today and you say, I want to rededicate my life to Jesus, I'm not going to make a spectacle of you. No one's going to talk to you afterwards unless you ask for a prayer. If that's you, can you just lift your hand right where you are? Thank you for the hands. Thank you for the hands. Thank you for the hands. Thank you for the hands. If you would, because there's many people that raise their hands. Could you just left and right or pray for each and every person? Could you lay your hand on the person next to you and just begin to pray? Father, I thank you that today. [00:42:17] I. [00:42:17] Receive the fullness of grace and the fullness of joy, that I walk in freedom, that there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus, but let this conviction settle. [00:42:28] Once and for all, that you are my Lord, you are my King, and I dedicate myself to you just as much as I do my diet, my workout plan, and my business. I put you first and a part of everything, Lord. My conversations, my Facebook posts, my dinner table. I want you to be a part of everything, God. And I mean everything, God. [00:42:50] And I dedicate my life to you. If you're here this morning as we. [00:42:54] Continue to pray and you do not. [00:42:55] Know the Lord Jesus Christ, would you just lift your hand and say, I want to receive salvation. I don't want to ever assume that someone here doesn't know the Lord. But if you want to know the Lord, can you lift your hand? All saved, all blessed. And Father, we thank you for this. [00:43:10] Rhema word prepared at a wall in. [00:43:15] Jerusalem, in Israel, with two men crying out for something I already have. [00:43:24] Let us realize the promises that are. [00:43:27] Exceedingly great that we walk in every day. Let us go this week knowing that the Lord is with us. And if the Lord is with us, who can be against us? [00:43:41] And that when I feel weak, he. [00:43:44] Says, I can do all things through Christ. That strengthens me. [00:43:47] And when I physically lack, he says, I will supply all your needs according to his riches and glory. [00:43:55] Let your grace be sufficient in me, Lord, and let my faith always be present as a response to every promise and every problem. It's in Jesus name I pray and we all say Amen.
